Automated Packaging Engineer Opportunity

Design and validate automated packaging production lines for medical devices.

Lead the development and implementation of process optimization strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate technical root causes related to packaging automation issues
  • Support production line ramp-up to achieve production goals
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing metrics
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize packaging line performance
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant quality system requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in manufacturing, particularly those with experience in NPI leadership and automation of packaging equipment.

This position requires several years of experience managing large-scale, custom packaging automation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or similar discipline
  • 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment with high-volume automated assembly and packaging experience
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
