Job Opportunity

This role is instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for international students embarking on their internship journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain open communication with students to collect required forms and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor student submissions, following up as necessary to prevent delays or discrepancies.
  • Address any flags or concerns related to medical forms or additional information, documenting and addressing student needs appropriately.
  • Track and manage the collection of required forms and documents to complete student applications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of student documentation and application statuses for seamless processing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with institutional policies and international regulations, promoting a culture of excellence.
Interviews and Host-Company Matching:
  • Support the organization of student mock interviews, providing valuable feedback and guidance.
  • Sit in on host-company interviews with students, fostering meaningful connections and opportunities.
  • Match students with potential hosts, leveraging professional networks and expertise.
  • Conduct thorough research on host companies to ensure ideal placements.
Pre-departure, Orientation, and In-country Support:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive pre-departure orientations, equipping students with essential knowledge and resources.
  • Co-facilitate arrival and departure orientations, guaranteeing smooth transitions and maximizing cultural immersion.
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their internship experience, addressing concerns and issues promptly.
Emergency Response:
  • Participate in a rotational schedule to provide 24-hour emergency support to students abroad, ensuring prompt response and effective crisis management.
  • Respond quickly and decisively to emergencies, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve situations efficiently.
  • Document incidents and follow up to ensure student safety and well-being, fostering trust and confidence.
