Hotel Revenue Position

We are seeking a detail-focused and analytical professional to work closely with our revenue management team. In this role, you will contribute to shaping pricing strategies, monitoring market performance, and driving commercial success across multiple hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of revenue strategies, working closely with cluster revenue managers.
  • Analyse booking pace, competitor trends, and pick-up reports to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel reservations and sales teams to maximise conversion and profitability through strategic planning and tactical execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a related field, such as hotel reservations or revenue support, with a strong commercial mindset and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with hotel systems, preferably Opera/IDeaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and collaborate effectively.
