Job Title: Capital Expenditure Accountant

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our organization in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing capital projects and costs, as well as providing financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of capital projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support investment decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with capital projects.
  • Provide regular financial updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Support the development of business cases for capital investments and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of capital assets and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a qualified accountant.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven application of investment appraisal techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software systems quickly.
