The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing education or youth-focused programs, with a proven track record of developing impactful initiatives that drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement educational programs at various levels, including primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions
- Develop and manage large-scale school programs, student outreach, and career engagement initiatives
- Oversee the development of accessible and engaging content across digital platforms
- Represent the organization at public events and provide leadership to junior team members
Requirements:
- Knowledge of/fluency in the Irish language is desirable
- Relevant third-level qualification is essential
- At least 3 years experience in managing education or youth-focused programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Digital literacy (social media, web content, Canva, etc.)
- Knowledge of EU affairs or public sector structures is an advantage
