
Site Administrator/ Document Coordinator

A highly organized and detail-oriented Document Coordinator is required to manage and oversee all documentation related to a project or organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining document control systems, ensuring consistency and version control, compliance and accessibility.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage electronic and paper-based document control systems.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly labelled, version-controlled and easily retrievable.
- Monitor and update document registers and databases.
- Distribute documents to relevant personnel and stakeholders as per project workflows.
- Assist in preparing, editing and formatting documents.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers regarding document submissions and revisions.
- Archive obsolete documents and maintain audit trails.
Data Management:
- Collect and compile data from site reports, inspections and audits.
- Support compliance reporting through accurate record-keeping and data tracking.
- Prepare summaries of document control status for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role (typically 2+ years).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
