About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. As an ideal candidate, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a strong background in industry and a proactive approach to business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end process: Profit & Loss statement, balance sheet, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit Value Added Tax returns, interest calculations, and working tax returns
  • Support the preparation of year-end accounts for audit, liaising closely with auditors
  • Provide clear and actionable financial insights to operational teams
  • Drive cost control, margin analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Brought forward your commercial acumen to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • 5–7 years of post-qualified experience in an industry setting, ideally within manufacturing
  • Solid understanding of management and financial accounting principles
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain financials to non-finance stakeholders
