Job Description

This role is a vital part of our team, responsible for guiding the learning journey of students. As a facilitator, you will oversee the taught elements of the student experience, providing individualized support and guidance to ensure their success.


Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group sessions, overseeing student schedules and providing feedback as needed.
  • Manage group profiles, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all materials are up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement supplementary learning materials, staying current with best practices and industry trends.

Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification in coding equivalent to Level 5.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to complete certification in Teaching or Coaching as directed by the line manager.
  • Teaching qualification and prior experience in coaching, training, or leadership are desirable.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools used for online instruction.
  • Awareness of industry standards and best practices related to teaching and learning in the field of technology, coding, or web development.
