Job Title: Mechanical Equipment Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various mechanical systems and equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment to identify and diagnose faults and wear and tear.
- Repair and replace worn or damaged components, and fabricate parts as needed.
- Assemble, install, and test new mechanical systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and adhere to safety procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide input for equipment upgrades and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
