Motor Industry Area Sales Manager

Drive the success of our After Sales operations as a seasoned professional in this field-based role. It involves close collaboration with After Sales Managers and Dealer Principals to achieve parts and accessory sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and continually improve dealer performance.
The Role:- Negotiate and agree dealer After Sales targets through ongoing performance reviews and analysis.
- Evaluate dealer After Sales facilities and capacity planning for optimal growth.
- Regularly monitor progress against business plans via thorough reviews.
Closely work with sales managers and staff to develop strategies for growing accessory sales. Partner with the Marketing department to implement successful After Sales marketing initiatives. Provide expert consultancy support and coaching on relevant After Sales programmes.
The Ideal Candidate:- Prior experience as Parts Manager, Service Manager, or After Sales management role for 2-3 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven knowledge and experience within the motor industry.
