Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

As a key contributor, you will provide comprehensive support services to the site, management team, and other staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver full administrative support and responsibilities for shift payroll processing.
  • Manage and update time cards for Operations employees ensuring payroll accuracy based on offline excel trackers.
  • Complete weekly payroll files as determined by HR/Payroll requirements working to tight deadlines and requirements each week.
  • Act as point of contact for any queries on hours worked, time cards etc. linked to employees on averaging payroll process.
  • Partner with Operations Supervisors to confirm required details.
  • Perform other activities as required by Plant Director including but not limited to handling correspondence, managing databases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Administer digital factory systems, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Support plant visits and tours.
  • Support Organizational health initiatives.
  • Book travel and administer expenses.
  • Set up vendors, manage SAP activities.
  • Prepare for plant tours and visits including audit support as needed.
  • Support site Vitality team.
  • Handle locker and PPE issues and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years significant administration experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic payroll principles.
  • Excellent experience in offline/excel trackers.
  • Process Improvement mindset with proven track record.
  • High-level PC literacy and knowledge of HR systems operation.

  • Proven track record of meeting tight timelines and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
