Technical Solution Specialist

About the Role:

This key position is crucial in delivering our bank's strategic core banking solution. As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless integration across multiple technology stacks and domains.

You will facilitate collaboration among various Agile squads and ensure alignment on project goals. Regular problem-solving and unblocking teams are essential to deliver the best product for our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented professionals, coordinating efforts to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively engage stakeholders, demonstrate sensitivity to their requirements, and offer constructive challenges.
  • Communicate potential solutions to senior stakeholders and influence overall solution recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough technical analysis to ensure proposed solutions meet customer and business requirements.
  • Analyse business needs and issues, identify viable options, and recommend optimal courses of action.
  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and external partners or vendors to address complex challenges.
  • Coordinate delivery plans and solutions from other Tribes to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
  • Promote collaboration between functional and technical leads to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical analysis and/or technical delivery, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Able to understand and track project delivery plans and milestones.
  • Familiarity with multiple technologies – API's, xml, microservices, data analysis.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to analyse and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
