Production Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the successful Production Manager will oversee production output, supervise operatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and product specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to maintain the highest quality standards with all products meeting documented specifications
  • Responsible for workplace safety, adhering to company procedures and Irish legislation
  • Ensure smooth operation of production machines, including troubleshooting, fine-tuning processes, fixing machine breakdowns, and setting up or removing moulds
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong technical background, preferably as a fitter or mechanic by trade
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with injection moulding machines is an advantage
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and proactive with strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the initiative to work independently in a fast-paced environment
