Bathroom Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bathroom Product Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a national remit, responsible for managing procurement across the bathroom industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product sourcing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Source and select suppliers for bathroom products and related materials across Ireland and Europe.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings and secure competitive advantages.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to balance product availability with minimizing excess stock.
  • Identify and track new market trends, innovations, and eco-friendly solutions within the bathroom sector.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, product quality, and service levels on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with showroom, sales, installation, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan procurement.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage product systems, purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably at a senior level.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement or inventory management software.
  • Strong understanding of bathroom products, fixtures, tiles, and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
