Residential Construction Manager

Your new role is to oversee the completion of a large residential mixed-use development in Tallaght. This project consists of several blocks with underground parking and surrounding infrastructure.
The company is seeking an experienced carpenter/foreman to manage challenging projects and lead small teams. As a Finishing Foreman, you will be required to demonstrate capability and experience in managing projects within the Irish / UK construction industry.
Key responsibilities include delivering projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will be supported by other management members within the organisation and career progression is available.
- Prior management experience with a construction contractor as a lead carpenter or working foreman is essential.
- You must have prior management experience on site of subcontractors for internal works/facade OR groundworks.
- A background in carpentry is advantageous but not essential.
In return for your expertise, you will work for a well-established main contractor with a pipeline of works for several years. You will be paid either hourly or on a salary. Hourly rates are €30 to €40 per hour (typically 45-50 hour weeks) which includes PAYE or Self-Employed setup and benefits such as time and a half etc. The total annual remuneration would be approximately €80,000-€100,000 based on the hours worked.
