We are seeking skilled and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team in Cork, specifically in Ballincollig.

  • Empower service users to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives in their own homes and communities.
  • Support the development and delivery of person-centred plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local community groups to foster active citizenship aligned with service user wishes.
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for service users to access community resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A relevant QQI qualification - minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working with service users in the disability sector, preferably in a similar role.
  • Age 18+.
  • A full clean manual driving license with access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a relevant sector is highly desirable.
