  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow features and enhancements.

  • Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst supporting the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and hands-on experience with key modules (e.g., ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM).
  • ITSM Proficiency: Deep understanding of core ITSM processes – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management.
  • Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a bonus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification: ServiceNow CSA certification required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Solid grasp of ITIL concepts (V3 or V4), especially modules such as High Velocity IT or Service Operation.
