Job Title: Advanced Analytics Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary professional to support the development of advanced analytics solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable impact across the business.

This role involves supporting complex analytics initiatives and architecting scalable data models. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI-driven analytical solutions and identify opportunities to support business and client needs in a quantitative and scalable manner
  • Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and present findings and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Identify rich data sources and oversee the integration, cleaning, and transformation of datasets to ensure consistency and readiness for analytics applications
  • Deliver high-quality analytics solutions and tools within agreed-upon timelines and budget parameters and conducting post-implementation reviews
  • Guide others to develop sophisticated analytics models and engineering solutions utilizing advanced statistical techniques

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 to 5 years proven experience leading analytics projects from concept to production
  • Strong proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data architecture
  • Experience with complex neural network architectures and statistical models is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow technical teams
