Senior Business Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Analytics Specialist to spearhead our scrum team and collaborate with the architect and data engineering lead in analyzing new data sources.

About the Role:

  • Develop innovative approaches and lead collective groups to identify requirements, analyze solution options, and gain consensus on a strategic commercial product roadmap.
  • Work closely with technical and business partners to understand and acquire data needed to address client fraud needs on the platform.
  • Track the product through detailed design, development, testing, and implementation to ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with project teams to serve as a key resource on complex or critical issues.
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Promote collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, software design, or a combination of roles within the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with various data technologies - Databricks, Snowflake.
  • Data literate - able to write SQL queries and perform advanced data analysis.
  • Experience leading scrum teams in a product owner capacity.

Desirable Experience:

  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Previously involvement in development and deployment of consumer or commercial products.
  • Experience working with data scientists and machine learning teams and creation of datasets for model training.
  • Exposure to high-profile projects with multiple system integrations.
