Customer Experience Strategist

This role will own, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns that inspire customers to use more of our platform. Think product launches, nudges to drive product adoption, impressive event promotions, and campaigns that help customers achieve success with our platform.
Responsibilities:- Owning and executing customer lifecycle campaigns from strategy to copywriting to build and QA—managing everything end-to-end.
- Driving product adoption and expansion by launching campaigns that increase product usage of our platform.
- Crafting clear, concise, and customer-centric copy that resonates with our audience.
- Partnering cross-functionally with product marketing, product education, customer success, and growth teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
- Utilizing data to personalize and optimize campaigns by segmenting audiences, triggering campaigns based on behavior, and iterating based on performance.
- Employing a multi-channel mix to reach users where it matters, including email or in-product messages.
- Protecting and upholding our brand by ensuring every touchpoint sounds and feels like our organization.

Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or AI.
