Job Title: Full Time Food and Beverage Assistant

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.
  • As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in the bar or restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Engage with guests, offering advice on local attractions and hotel facilities.
  3. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure guest dining expectations are met.
  4. Prepare the bar and restaurant for opening, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  5. Clean and maintain bar and coffee areas to high standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience is an advantage.
  • Warm and positive personality with a genuine interest in guest care.
  • Team player with the ability to use initiative when needed.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including late evenings.
