Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of construction projects from inception to completion.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in managing medium to large-scale construction projects with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
