Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performance team as a Senior Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding complex customer business problems and requirements, and translating them into solutions leveraging our platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Articulate the company vision, key business messages, and business value of our solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with key decision makers to understand key business challenges and pain points.
  • Create innovative solutions that resolve customer business challenges and pains.
  • Present solutions to key stakeholders for our clients.
  • Have command of the platform, including all current and future features.
  • Work closely with Sales and Professional Services to ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers.
  • Assist in the winning of customer opportunities through active engagement with sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of success in one of the following roles: Pre-sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Proven experience presenting over the phone and face-to-face to customers.
  • Experience delivering impactful software demonstrations.
  • Proven experience with solution design and technical proposal writing.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
