Job Title: Financial Operations Director

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and develop a team of administration staff.
  • Oversee the accounts department, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained and monthly accounting processes are followed.

Main Duties:

  1. Provide leadership and supervision to the office team.
  2. Allocate workloads, monitor progress and performance, and determine work priorities for office employees.
  3. Accountable for tax and regulatory returns.
  4. Maintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional advisors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Provide weekly financial reports, forecasting profits, cash, and payroll.
  • Evaluate and maintain a strong control environment to safeguard company assets.
  • Promote awareness of company policies, procedures, and health and safety practices.

Your Profile:

  • Accounts Technician or Accountant with 3+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Results-driven, commercially astute, focused on revenue and profit growth.
  • Strong IT skills and experience required.
  • Financial acumen is essential for this position.
