- Design and implement an overarching leadership development strategy that aligns with our mission, vision, and core values.
- Identify future leadership requirements at all levels and develop tailored programs to enhance current and future performance.
- Develop and deliver innovative learning experiences for people leaders at all levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior executives to identify development needs and create targeted solutions.
- Implement evaluation tools and feedback processes to measure program effectiveness.
Essential Competencies:
- Strong understanding of leadership development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Focused on achieving measurable results and driving continuous improvement.
Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs in a large, complex organization is essential. A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field is also required.
