Workplace Services Manager

The Workplace Services Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of workplace operations and employee experience services.

This individual oversees the daily functions of our flagship office, creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming space for employees, clients, and visitors. They are responsible for direct and indirect reports, vendor management, facilities operations, location-specific budgets, and compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and internal workplace policies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented leader with strong organizational, vendor management, and facilities operations skills. They will provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members, oversee third-party vendors, manage location-specific budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years progressive experience in workplace or facilities management, including at least 2 years leading operations across multiple sites or managing a large corporate headquarters.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or other relevant credentials are highly desirable and support advanced facility management capabilities.
