Job Title: Support Coordinator

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with transport teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

You will be responsible for working alongside the transport teams to meet customer needs. This involves ensuring company procedures and quality service are achieved at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain good knowledge of tachographs and driver working hours.

A key aspect of this role is liaising with customers and drivers to provide clear instructions/routes.

You will also perform administration and reporting tasks, including completing documentation.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about working in a busy environment.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Windows and be able to learn new systems quickly.

Frequent travel may be required for this role, although exact details will be discussed during the interview process.
