Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organisation's overall objectives.
- Lead the HR team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Identify HR team objectives and priorities, monitor progress and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve operations.
- Develop and maintain human resources process flow mapping, employee handbooks, contracts and reports.
- E nsure adherence to all legal requirements and best practices at all times.
- Ensure communication complies with organisational policy.
- Develop and document policies; update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Maintain and develop HR & Recruitment related procedures, processes and policies.
- Establish effective relationships with management and staff to effect positive change.
- Design specific processes and initiatives for change management.
- Provide support to managers ensuring change programs maintain high levels of employee engagement and commitment.
- Monitor retention and attrition levels, identify trends and work with stakeholders to achieve targets.
- Implement retention plans with business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain data for all aspects of HR.
- Proactively monitor and analyse HR data.
- Effectively communicate analysis to stakeholders through various channels.
- Support recruitment processes, both internal and external.
- Manage new hires throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Nurture employees from hiring to departure.
- Build and maintain working relationships with business stakeholders.
- Promote and represent the HR function across the organisation.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives as required.
- Participate actively in and contribute positively to HR projects.
- Ensure timely, effective people practices that meet all parties' expectations.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and training in HR fields to all levels.
