About the Role

This key position within our organization supports business leaders and line managers in all aspects of human resources, partnering with assigned groups to understand their strategic objectives and provide insights and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support various initiatives in areas such as Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Governance.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related matters, working closely with specific departments across the organization.
  3. Support assigned departments in ensuring successful execution of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
  4. Liaise with external partners as required.
  5. Manage assigned projects and programs to support the execution of HR strategy, collaborating with other functional areas to design and develop HR-led initiatives and programs.
  6. Partner with internal and external stakeholders in the rollout of programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role.
  • Demonstrate high standards of performance and assume responsibility for successfully completing assignments and tasks.
  • Prior experience in HR software systems, ideally Bamboo HR.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Able to work independently with sound decision-making ability.
