Job Overview:

This HR Business Partner will be responsible for driving business growth by ensuring effective alignment between HR programmes and business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Generalist roles, with expertise in employee relations, talent development, and engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, disciplinaries, and capability cases professionally.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives.
  • Engagement: Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in HR or Business/Management Studies is desirable.
  • Experience: 7+ years in a HR Generalist role, with expertise in ER issues and people strategy integration.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to challenge employees confidently.
