Day Service Leader

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage high-quality day services at our Tralee facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of person-centred supports, social inclusion, advocacy, and rights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, develop, and implement high-quality day services focusing on capacity building, training, and employment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services and supports respond to the needs of individuals and their families
- Implement effective strategies to enhance service delivery in line with HSE New Directions Policy
- Deliver assessed support needs for all people accessing the Tralee Day Services
- Recruit, train, and develop staff teams to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure ongoing training and development of all staff in the day service
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Social Care, Nursing (RNID preferred), or another relevant health/social care discipline
- Formal management qualification in health or social care
- At least three years' experience in management or supervision in the sector
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
