Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to assume responsibility for the care of residents at our nursing home. This role requires a strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, as well as identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and staff. They will also be responsible for overseeing housekeeping cleaning operations, ensuring that staffing is adequate across the home and supplies are kept in order.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working across the nursing home as a Housekeeper, Catering Assistant, and Laundry Assistant. The successful candidate will be required to be continuously vigilant towards the dignity, comfort, and safety of residents in the nursing home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee housekeeping cleaning operations and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Work effectively with management and staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
