Are you a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Consultant to join our team.

Job Description

As a Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our clients in Ireland. Your primary role will be to respond to customer support queries via online portal and phone, taking ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure.

  • Researching issues, implementing fixes, and documenting case resolution
  • Managing and prioritizing support tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Keeping customers informed about ticket progress
Essential Skills and Qualifications

We require candidates with:

  • 1-2 years experience in application support, especially ERP/CRM software
  • Experience as a software tester, including functional testing and writing bug reports
  • Experience using CRM software such as Dynamics 365
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Desired Experience

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Qualification in Computer Science or Business Information Systems
  • Experience working with or implementing Dynamics 365 or other ERP/Financial software applications
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Workflows, API, and Web Services
