Job Description

As a key member of our Front of House Team, you will play a pivotal part in creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome through personalized service.
  • Provide timely availability of services and products adhering to Forbes 5-star standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with VIP lists and daily amenities to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Create personalized plans for guests upon request and communicate special service requests for VIP guests.
  • Enhance junior guest experiences and introduce a 'WOW' factor through proactive care.

Collaborate with management to design Personal Guest Plans reflecting standards. Continuously identify improvements to service standards with Senior Management approval.

Key responsibilities also include maintaining thorough knowledge of the establishment and its offerings, being self-motivated and standards-driven, and embracing challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.

A collaborative team player, you will actively participate in team projects, be flexible, and willing to work within the Rooms Division department when needed.
