We are seeking an experienced Assistant Head Coach to join our team at Dundrum. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will play a vital role in creating a unique shopping experience and delivering exceptional service to our consumers.

As a lead performance coach, you will be responsible for implementing operational excellence processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction. You will also oversee various departments such as commercial, athlete, and/or consumer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing operational excellence processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction.
  2. Coordinating, supporting, and supervising a diverse team to ensure an excellent work atmosphere.
  3. Overseeing various departments such as commercial, athlete, and/or consumer experience.
  4. Providing reports about store activities, local marketplace, and consumer insights.
  5. Maintaining high standards of compliance with all guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A passion for sports and/or love of sport.
  • Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive retail experience including experience in management.
  • Enthusiasm and passion about sports and/or sports fashion.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
