We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring financial performance, macroeconomic trends, and social news.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and monitoring stock market data, industry financial performance, and company valuations
- Developing internal reports and presentations to keep leadership informed of key external trends and opportunities
- Conducting analyses of markets, trends, industry data, regulatory environment, and competitors
- Identifying and understanding implications of construction trends and competitive dynamics to articulate potential scenarios
- Quantitatively assessing the implications of findings, including financial analysis where relevant
Requirements:
- Third level degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Economics
- Circa 2-6 years' experience working in a relevant role
- Strong research and analysis skills with ability to gather and filter large amounts of information and data, and to present clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
