Job Title: Customer Service Champion

The role of a Customer Service Champion is to deliver exceptional care to exceed clients' expectations and provide ongoing support to an expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of all client service issues, identifying root causes and offering suitable resolutions to concerns raised.
  • Investigating client queries, service issues, and requests for cancellation through thorough discussion with the client and relevant internal stakeholders while focusing on resolution and retention.
  • Proactive engagement with 'at risk' clients to promote product benefits and encourage implementation and usage.
  • Maintenance of client profiles including additional sites, changes in employee information, and investigations where necessary.
  • Liaising with clients via written correspondence, telephone, and video calls.
  • Conducting onboarding calls with new clients to confirm agreement details, ensuring software registration and scheduling consultations with relevant service areas for seamless onboarding.
  • Ensuring adherence to onboarding processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on rapport building and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally.
  • Highly organized administration skills with attention to detail and accuracy in written correspondence.
  • Effective prioritization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to build and cultivate good working relationships across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
