
Leadership Role: On-Site Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead on-site activities for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, including planning, resource allocation, and milestone management. Additionally, they will represent the project on site, maintain effective relationships with customers and local stakeholders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement on-site project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Coordinate with customers and external resources to ensure smooth execution of construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.
- Manage on-site resources, equipment, and materials, reporting receipts promptly to project logistics.
- Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place for each work package and compliant with the project health and safety plan.
- Promote health and safety throughout the project, ensuring on-site resources are properly trained.
- Monitor project costs on site, controlling spend against forecasts and estimating final costs for the site work.
- Maintain accurate documentation of on-site construction work, updating records as necessary.
- Oversee on-site sub-contractors, ensuring quality and progress meet delivery dates and standards.
- You have extensive experience in a senior role, preferably as a Health, Safety, and Environment Manager.
- Deep understanding of Irish Health and Safety legislation and best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proven track record working within high-profile, regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent skills.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role, preferably in construction and/or installation business.
