Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead
This is a high-profile, client-facing leadership role where you will work with top digital marketing agencies to ensure their performance and success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing agency environments, paid media, ads, and sales of the latest online marketing trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of professionals focused on supporting and scaling strategic agencies and their advertisers.
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring deliverables are exceeded, and revenue targets are achieved.
- Identifying strategic areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success.
- Developing, coaching, and managing your team to ensure operational excellence.
- Motivating and inspiring your team in a goal-oriented way by driving optimum individual and team performance.
- Performing day-to-day team management tasks, including weekly 1:1s, performance management, people management, staff resourcing, coaching, and forecasting & reporting.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Experience in digital marketing agency environments.
- Paid media, ads, and sales of the latest online marketing trends.
- Fluency in French and English.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with the latest digital marketing strategies.
