Catering Professionals play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The position of Catering Assistant is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit. To achieve this result, you will interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner.

As a key member of our team, you are responsible for working in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety and quality aspects. This involves following guidelines and training in food preparation, production, and storage.

Key responsibilities include serving customers their orders as quickly as possible in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of each order. You will work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect. Flexibility is required to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager.

Additionally, Catering Assistants are expected to handle cash correctly as directed by management, ensure uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines, and put the customer first at all times. You will work in a fast-paced environment and may be subject to physical demands due to business requirements.
