Supermac's is hiring Full- and Part-time Catering Assistants in the Mallow N20 Plaza, Co.
Cork
JOB PURPOSE:
The Catering Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac's customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac's restaurant.
The Catering Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result.
It is their responsibility to carry out their duties in compliance with the training received, and the standards set in the Employee Handbook.
The purpose of the role is to serve our customers the quality food they order as quickly as possible, in a friendly manner, ensuring the accuracy of each order.
THE JOB:
Working in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety and quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
Working as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
Following company guidelines and training in food preparation, production, and storage.
Always portraying a professional image, both on and off the premises.
Treating our customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit our restaurant.
Working with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent each day in our restaurant.
Handling cash correctly as directed by management.
Ensuring uniform and personal appearance comply with company guidelines.
Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager.
Putting the customer first at all times, whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
A fast-paced "non-stop" environment.
It can be physically demanding at times due to business requirements regarding the level and quantity of staff.
Teamwork and communication are essential to ensure smooth operations across all areas.
