Catering Assistant | Mallow N20 Plaza

Job Purpose:

The Catering Assistant supports the Management Team to ensure Supermac's customers receive quality service and cleanliness each time they visit a restaurant.

This role requires interacting with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include serving food and drinks as quickly as possible, handling cash correctly, maintaining a professional image, and working effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  2. Working efficiently within the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
  3. Following company guidelines and training in food preparation, production, and storage.
  4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  5. Contributing to a positive team environment.
