Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Staff Process Optimisation Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will possess and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization and deliver complex assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage significant Engineering projects through Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Provide Technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
  • Continuously improve process performance.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing within manufacturing.
  • Interface with Materials Science, Design, and Quality Assurance departments to deliver quality products in a timely manner.
  • Drive structured problem-solving for troubleshooting with support team members and external agents.
  • Develop and guide assigned Co-op/Technician, Operators, and Engineers.
  • Lead Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians as required.
  • Drive the development, implementation of process optimisation equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration.
  • Work with engineers, QA, and Ops to embed testing into development and validation.
  • Analyse issues, identify root causes, and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) reviews and develop First Document Set (FDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), equipment manuals, etc.
  • Validate systems with other engineers.
  • Define and monitor quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for robust processes.
  • Owning requirements and design reviews for testability input.
  • Follow company quality and regulatory standards.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
