Process Optimisation Leader

As a Process Optimisation Leader, you will provide technical leadership in the facility across various disciplines. The role involves managing significant Engineering projects through Programme Management Office and providing Technical leadership from an engineering perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple Engineering projects, overseeing their successful delivery through effective programme management.
  • Collaborate with Materials Science, Design, and Quality Assurance departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Drive process troubleshooting, working closely with support team members and external agents to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and guide assigned Co-op /Technician, Operators, and Engineers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Provide leadership to other Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians as required, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
  • A Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline is required, along with equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven project management skills are essential for delivering business-critical projects on time and within budget.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of driving results-oriented teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
