Job Title: Cluster Reservations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our expanding Cluster Reservations Team as a Group Reservations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage group reservations, ensuring timely quotes, follow-ups, confirmations, and contracts.
  • Track and follow up on every enquiry using provided tools and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Enter groups into Opera correctly with notes, traces, and rates.
  • Coordinate with Hotel Operations on group-related information and queries.
  • Complete weekly/monthly group reports.
  • Manage payment and billing information for each group.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in Front Office/Reservations in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is an advantage.
  • An excellent professional manner and great attitude towards customer service.
  • A willingness to progress their career within the company.
