We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our service as a Young Person Support Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people and their families
  • A working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures
  • A full clean manual driving license, with access to a reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being
  • To contribute to the day-to-day running of the service, including administrative tasks and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant field
