Young Person Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our service as a Young Person Support Specialist.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in Cavan.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people and their families
- A working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures
- A full clean manual driving license, with access to a reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being
- To contribute to the day-to-day running of the service, including administrative tasks and record-keeping
