**Job Description**

As a Manager in Technology Risk Services, you will play a key role in leading technology risk consulting engagements and managing client relationships.

You will work closely with clients to assess their technology risk landscape, develop risk management strategies, and implement solutions that enhance their IT governance and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technology risk consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology risk needs and providing strategic guidance.
  • Conduct assessments of clients' technology risk environments, including IT governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology risk management frameworks and solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials and participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology risk management, IT audit, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Experience managing consulting engagements and delivering results for clients.
  • Strong understanding of technology risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
