Site Standards Operative

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Standards Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal and external maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Maintain seating areas and keep all hygienic storerooms clean and orderly.
  • Ensure mops and equipment are cleaned daily and notify relevant managers when cleaning supplies are low.
  • Place wet floor signs as necessary and maintain the forecourt to the highest standards.
  • Complete and adhere to all provided training, including manual handling and company procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
