Shift Supervisor Position Overview

The Shift Supervisor is a critical role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization. This position requires a high level of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of personnel to ensure they are properly uniformed and aware of current security protocols.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory and reports.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve security procedures and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience in a leadership position, preferably in a military or police background. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in managing security staff and conducting regular inspections would be highly beneficial in this role.

Working Conditions:

This position will be based in an office setting with frequent opportunities to move about. You will be required to spend extended periods using a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of personnel and providing guidance and support as needed.

Additional Requirements:

In addition to meeting the above requirements, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
