Block Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Residential Block Manager to oversee the management of residential apartment blocks in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing service charge budgets, and building strong relationships with residents and management committees.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate repairs and maintenance works
- Manage service charge budgets to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Liaise with contractors to ensure high-quality work
- Build strong relationships with residents and management committees
- Maintain the highest standards of service and compliance
- A valid PSRA licence is essential
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
